The video shows endoscopic approach to a case of L4/5 stenosis . A small (about 1.5 cm) incision was given on the right of spinous process and then a special tube was introduced through which endoscope and other instruments are introduced. The dural tube and nerve roots on both left and right side have been decompressed through the same incision.
